My aunt was having a really hard time since her husband passed. It was an expected death since he had been sick for a long time, however, it was still very hard for her to take. They had always been very close and she just felt like she had lost a big part of her when he died. My mom felt really bad for her since my aunt was just left all alone in Poland now. She wanted to see if there could be a way to bring her over into the States. So she set up an appointment with a New Jersey immigration lawyer to see what could be done to make it happen. She was hoping that it would be a fairly easy process since my aunt had already reached retirement age out there. My mom knew that it would take a bit of paperwork to get her out here though.
